Virtual Wine Tasting Process
For those of you new to the tastings, we open two bottles together– available for purchase at Windham Wines– and talk with the winemaker or winery owner about terroir, grapes, farming practices and wine.
Come into the shop, buy the wines, leave us your email so that we can send the Zoom link. For the tasting, have your wines ready, prepare some snacks, and relax into the evening with some delicious conversation.

Our two November tastings are meant to provide some options for your Thanksgiving table. From Noelia Ricci, we’ll taste a white from Trebbiano and a red made from Sangiovese. Emilia-Romagna, on the other side of the Apennines from Tuscany, is arguably the birthplace of Sangiovese. The Noelia Ricci vineyards cover just 7 hectares of the 140 that comprise the family farm, called Tenuta Pandolfa near Predappio. We will definitely delve into the Manifesto that introduces Noelia Ricci as “the story of those who never stop dreaming.”
