Led by Rafael Flores and Winthrop Pennock Artisanal Cellar’s third partner, Iacopo di Teodoro, keeps finding terrific new wines from small producers with which we’ve fallen in love. Many of them are organic or biodynamic. While Iacopo cannot join us this time, Winthrop and Rafael can share the stories of these producers. Led by Jessica Gualano, David Bowler Wines Several years back (12-15 years ago), Spanish wines were wildly popular, especially the Garnaxtas and Tempranillos made by coops.
